Staff too businesslike, should be more friendly.
Since most customers were going to airport, hotel should arrange free shuttle. As it is the charge for a taxi at 12 GBP was high. |

Just 10 minutes and 8 pounds roundtrip from Heathrow airport via shuttle bus Hoppa #54, decent internet in the rooms (LAN only though), comfort bath and normal size room, perfectly soundproof (which is very important, because the runway is meters away from the windows. But with the windows closed you don't hear a sound.

To go to London city, you need to get the shuttle bus to Terminal 5 and then the underground (or at least that's all they what they want you to know at the reception). So this hotel is a good idea mainly if you are staying for 1 night between flights and especially if your flight is early in the morning. And of course, if they have a price special as they did now - because with the official prices at the reception of over 250 pounds for a standard room, it wouldn't be a deal in any situation. |

It does not say on line that the buses running to the airport are charged for - it might be helpful as we had presumed they would be courtesy buses - but all the same very friendly and efficient. |

Excellent on price

Difficult to get to the hotel - at least 3 hotels with same name and even if we gave the correct address to the taxi driver, he drove us to the wrong hotel! Maybe the hotel chain should differate the names on the hotels. |

Pleasant stay!

When booking the hotel I left a note to say that I like a bottle of rose wine at arrivel - no wine at arrivel. I got my own then, I ask on the reception for an bucket with ice - I was told there is an ice machine at the floor (which was fine) and there is a bucket in the room (which wasn't) |

fire alarms went off at 2:30 am and had to be outside for an hour, was advised the next morning there had been no risk |

| It should be mentionned in the description that the hotel doesn´t have shuttles from all airport´s terminals (we arrived at terminal 4 and the shuttle was only from terminal 1, so we had to take a taxi as we had too many luggage to take the train between terminals). Or better still the hotel should offer the possibility to call for their shuttle from the other terminals if they don´t want to have a regular service. |
