Proximity to the airport and surrounding business parks.

Staff seems to be over cautious, asking for credit card imprints to be left at the reception before and after meals. I was asked at least 5 times if I had a valid credit card. Rooms have only about 4 or 5 channels. |

At midnight the next room came back drunk, started banging around, running a bath and flushing the toilet. Very, Very noisy. |

Very noisy within the hotel, nevermind the airport outside. Issues with newspapers/wake up calls. Room service order wrong. Didn't have my priority club reference. Less than great stay. |

Staff helpful. All I wanted was a bed for the night and it was clean and quiet so fine. I slept OK.

Generally a bit "tired" in terms of decor and furnishing. Washbasin tap trickled constantly when set to cold. |

Breakfast, staff friendlyness is positive.

What surprises me was that the water infrastructure is obviously rather old and is not what I expected when I have a look at the outside of the hotel which looks rather new. The water in the shower had a brown color, from the water-tap black parts came out, so it looked not very healthy and it took quite a long time until warm water came out. What a waste of water... |

Contrary to other comments I didn't hear any planes during the night or in the morning.
Location at the airport is very convenient and also close to SAP.

A lot of people passed my room and they were quite loud. The room was very small but clean. Overall I had a good night. |

Very convenience to access from airport.

Travel cost is a concern, bus between airport and hotel cost GBP4 (single, one-way) and only can access Metro from airport. (maybe there is another way but I don't know, hehe) |

The evening staff was very friendly

The check out in the morning was a desaster. The employee was not able to assign the company adress, due to default values caused by priority membership. I've to find a way how to get a correct invoice for finance authorities to get my monye from the compny. Even a stamp or written confirmation to the manual changed data was not possible to get. At the end I had to give up, to be able to reach my plane. |
