Clean good location very nice view

Noise from the air condition unit was loud. Noise from the main road was loud.(mind you this is london) Breakfast was overpriced. The luggage man was a bit rude to me and my wife while taking us up to our room (comments like have you been running, have you got the flu, not sure what we had done to make him say these comments but i did make us feel a little funny)

I thought the room would be small and cramped as most English hotels. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was extremely comfortable and was amazed at the thoughtfulness of the extras from both hotel and staff. The bathroom was very nice even to the point of having a dimmer for those late night necessities. The workspace excellent and quiet. The climate control excellent. The food and service was also excellent. Honestly, one of the best places I've ever stayed, with very little attitude and big on delivery. Focused for business, acceptable for pleasure trips. The hidden compartment for the power connections on the desk is a bit tight for converters, but solved by using the European connector which is sideways, instead of the English one. The shower is not one I would spend a lot of time in, but was very clean and efficient.

Very friendly staff. There is no garden, so a garden view room is stretching the truth considerably! The real view is: towards Three!!!! extremely ugly office buildings. We had to upgrade for a quite substantial fee. Not happy about it, but at least the river view was outstanding. No breakfast was a downturn as well, as was the not inclusive 17%VAT.

The hotel is very good, pleasant and kind service, clean and quite rooms. Beds are big. Very good situated near underground station Breakfeast for $18,-/person is too expensive (only continental without eggs, beakon, etc). You get more somewhere else.
