Expensive for the quality of hotel. Very basic rooms with paper cups and uncomfortable bed and furniture.

th e registration seemed needlessly long. The same at checkout. Our bill was paid when we checked in, we had no charges to the room but it took several minutes just to get a print out of our receipt. The fan / AC kept clicking on and off during the time we were attempting to sleep. Need a shuttle to Heathrow.
