Staff in dining room very good
Windows poorly fitted - daylight visible beside frames, so cold at end of January.
Carpet stained.
Heating control operated poorly.
Bath plug too small so water leaked away.
Hotel reception had not registered booking as inclusive of breakfast, and had to be reminded to supply vouchers for attractions also included in booking.
