Very nice, modern room; great value for money, very friendly staff! You cannot open the windows

The EY negotiated rooms are large and nice. The toilet was not clean when I arrived to my room and I called the reception to get it cleaned before I went to dinner. When I was back I found it the same. I called the reception again for the second time and told the problem and they simply did not do anything. The staff seem not to be really helpful.

We had the option of upgrading on arrival to a room with a fantastic view of the London eye and Big Ben. Included in this upgrade price was free newspaper, free alcoholic drinks 6 - 8 pm and free coffee/tea snacks - not bad! key card did not work throughout stay - v annoying!

Very new hotel. Rooms have seperate longe and small kitchen area. The room rate does not include tax so add 17,5% but still good value by London standards
