Staff relatibely unfriendly and only as helful as the specific question asked. Expensive for its type and location there are several other hotels in the same area with service as good or better and better value. We will not be staying there again.

Nice new hotel conveniently located for travellers coming in by Eurostar Like almost everywhere the rooms are very warm, the ventilators/climatisation a kind of noisy and not very efficient.
