Good location Rooms are ridiculously small. Light fixture falling out of bathroom ceiling. Breakfast area tiny, typically overflowing with people waiting out in hall. Do they not change sheets during the stay in Europe? Way too expensive for what we received.

Delighted with the hotel for the price we paid. Staff were very friendly.Location was perfect.Had no problem getting around by bus even with the underground strike on 9th and 10th June.Our faith in hotel.de was amply rewarded.We will surely use your services again. There was a five pound per bag charge for luggage left behind when we checked out on our last day at 11 a.m.and we were heading for the airport only at 5p.m. Free care of luggage would have been very appreciated.

Very cheap. Well located. The structure is old. The room was very small. 1 m2 corridor with a door on the right taking to a 1m2 WC and a front-door leading to the bedroom. Just space to turn around yourself. Another door aside the bed (surprise :-) gave access to another 1 m2 room containing a shower. A LCD tv was hung up on a small wardrobe. But funny was also the breakfast. In the reception! Space for 5-7 people, with just marmelade, milk, coffee and toasts. In general, I would recommend this hotel only to people who want to save money and who are used to hostels and for 1 night's stay.

Everything was fine ! We worried before coming in London because of all the bad commentaries concerning a lot of "cheap" hotels in London. This one is different ! The room was very clean, the staff very nice and the location very good. So, It was perfect for a short trip in London. We are very happy of our journey in this hotel.If we come back in London, we will reserve in this hotel again.
