Friendly. Clean. Quiet. Well-located for London business.
15 pounds a day extra for internet in a 4 star hotel is quite cheeky. Although the reception employees speak English, many of the others don't. The reception is not familiar with London and is not competent in giving reliable transportation information including the best way to get to the airport. The water was scorching hot in the morning and the solution from the hotel was to turn on all the taps for 15 minutes turning the entire room into a steambath/sauna before the water cooled enough to shower without 3rd degree burns.
Returning to the room early afternoon to find it still uncleaned or the maid still cleaning it was also not pleasant.){kind=link}
