Stars/Recommendation
I was appalled by the state of this hotel. The room was dirty with shaving foam up the walls, the toilet seat wasnt attatched to the toilet, the extraction fan was no longer attatched to the wall and was hanging off. I felt unsafe to the point where we did not spend the night and found alternative accomodation. I was not pleased as we were told we had used the room and were unable to have a refund, when infact we had only been in the room for 5minutes before we went out. We did not use any of the amenates and to be fair, it ruined our trip to london.
