Location is very good close to Heathrow Terminal 1 and within walking distance of Hatton Cross Tube Plenty of Carparking space There was no room service available even though it is advertised. This is not good for a female travelling alone. Soundproofing in the room within the hotel could be better. There could be a better selection of food for continental breakfast
