The staff servicing the guests taking their breakfast was definitely insufficient.
Hotel location was perfect:just next to Aldgate East station and ten minutes walk from Tower Bridge.
Rooms were nice and clean. Staff pleasant, all speaking several languages.
Breakfast buffet was pleasant and good value.
