- für kurze Aufenthalte (1-2 Tage) gut geeignet - gute U-Bahn- und Busanbindung - Hyde Park fußläufig (ca. 2 Min.) - ruhige Lage, ruhiger Bezirk - Pub, Restaurant und kleiner Laden direkt in der Straße - Für London ein relativ gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

- nur ein (alter) Fahrstuhl (max. 3 Personen) auf den man sehr lange warten muss (Treppe führt nur ins 1OG für die Etagen 2-5 muss der Fahrstuhl benutzt werden) - geringe Auswahl u. Qualität beim Frühstück (z.B. kein Obst, nur eine Marmeladensorte, trockene Brötchen) Ein Ausweichen auf Coffee shops ist zu empfehlen (gibt es in der Stadt an jeder Ecke) - Frühstück wird erst ab 7am serviert - Heizung funktionierte nicht (hätte aber evtl. bei Bedarf vom Staff behoben werden können) - kein Fitnessraum
