I took a room on the third floor near by the fire exit door but through out my five days stay, the fire door has been making banging noise particularly from late night to early morning. Seemingly a number of people were getting in and out through an emergency exits. Also I noted other customers took up rooms on the same floor were out on the hotel passage also in the late evening to early morning. Since I often hear about night time raid in hotels, I was terrified that I could have been a victim. I asked to a staff to check the security camera record but I did not get the answer to my inquiry. If CCTV is effectively placed at every fire exit door and every corner of passage plus if a staff could check the CCTV record promptly without any negativity, I would have felt much safer and comfortable.
