Having tea/coffee maker in the room is nice. Young staff at reception desk very attentive. A wider selection of (non-English) TV channels would be appreciated.

Easy check out via letter and free newspaper in the morning. No breakfest included in already high price. no free internet access - you have to pay for everything additionally. This seems not justified giving the already high price.

This is by far the best and newest hotel in the Tower Bridge area, I frequently use this Hilton on business however it is ideal for tourists too nothing negative

The hotel location is very good. Tube and train stations are very near the hotel. Hotel room is veru clean.
