Airport Express Station is just down stairs behind the hotel. Good location. Sheets and pillow case seemed to be clean but both pillow and Duvet smelled thru the sheets and case.

good location, brilliant breakfast and clean rooms had to ask for house coats and hotel wanted to charge for late check out even though this was not mentioned when arranging this over the phone prior to our stay. we were staying over night as I was completing the Playtex moonwalk 26.2 mile night walk in aid of charity so late check out was important to us as I would not be arriving into the room until early hours after completing this long walk. Disapointed hotel could not accomodate this request without charging extra!

Very clean and a great location had to change rooms as first one stunk of smoke. Hotel had lost an envelope delivered for me. plug handle in sink broken. Staff unsympathetic and told me they had never lost anything before.
