We was upgraded in a club room. Very nice room. Club rooms are in the basement. A bit claustrophobic.

Ok location. Free Wifi. Room unbelievable small even for London. Deluxe room didn't help.

Room was cleaned. The room is very small. Access to the room is a narrow labyrinth

excellent location: Paddington station and Hyde Park on walking distance; no elevator access -- not suitable for people with heart condition, with lots of stairs climbing
