Half board with lunch or dinner. 6 set menus daily (2 Austrian wholefood meals), salad buffet, separation diet upon request, weekly dessert buffets, large breakfast buffet. Additional charge for full board. Most of the foods are produced by local farmers.

The hotel bathing facilities are an eldorado for hotel guests who are looking for rest and relaxation. The health centre offers programmes for stress reduction, nicotine cures, allergy treatment, holopathy, fasting, Shiatsu massage. In the massage studio mare milk products are used. Different forms of massage therapy, heat packs, various wrapping therapies such as alga wraps, mare milk wraps, etc. Beauty-Active-Studio with facial and body treatment, body contouring, etc.

6 seminar rooms (44-180 m²) accommodate up to 150 people. The sunny, light or darkened rooms are equipped with videos, overhead projectors, flipcharts and pin boards. The hotel also offers enough room for small group talks. The seminar rooms and the technical equipment may be used free of charge.

A covered walk connects the hotel with Loipersdorf thermal spring so that hotel guests can walk to the spa facilities in their bathrobe. The hotel is located about 3km form the village centre.
