Close to the sea and the citycenter

When we arrived in the night, we were not given a seaview room. At first they said that it is seaview because you could see some sea out of the window, than - they promised to lower the bill, but when we checked out it it was still with a seaview extra, and I had to argue again with them. This is not a type of expetience one wants to have when on vacation and a supposedly nice hotel
