 The staff and facilities were up to a great standard everyone was most helpful and extremely polite and I am sure we will be staying there again

Staff were 101% on reception, The service by your Mini-Bus, quite superb, in the morning at 6.30am we were greeted with a smile and a good morning,On my return at 1045pm from the Airport again a Good evening and a smile and a pleasant drive which is only a few minutes in comfort and extreme care by the male driver, no driving at a break neck speed, quite smooth and effortless again 101% for your team at the Holiday Inn Express at Liverpool Airport
 Arrived in the evening at approx 7.00pm l looking forward to a meal, unfortunately I was told your chef was off for the evening due to the forthcoming easter holday rota's. OK these things happen , I was offered a varied menu for a carry out from 4 different vendors, who arrived on time with the meal,
So a good evening was enjoyed, mainly thanks to your staff on duty at reception, |

We found the Hotel absolutely fab and better than expected we would recommend it without hesitation.... right down to the 'Potnoodles' (although we could have done with second teaspoon)

By and large fair value for money.

Very convenient stopover for flights to/from Liverpool airport. Rooms comfortable and spacious - good value.

I liked the room size, the bathroom was very spacious and the design of the room was well thought out.
My 'key' didn't work twice.It was very late when I arrived, I was tired and kept having to return to reception. Everything else was fine. |

Hotel very good
It was a complete shamples taking the shuttle to the airport in the morning.
A larger cab is required when the hotel is busy.

Hotel was very nice, staff was excellent.
Only problem was internet did not work in rooms but did work in lobby but a little inconvenient when I booked specifically to be able to work when I got there. |

we had a great stay there nice and close to the airport the only thing was that in the bathroom you have a great catering for disable people but there is no place to put your own bathroom stuff eg clothes and shampoos and stuff part from that the hotel is great and i would diffently stay there again if i was to go to liverpool
the only thing that was a bit anouying was that when we checked we asked the girl behind the counter if she knew what the number for the airport was and she told us that she did not know and did even offer to look for us so part from that the other staff members were lovely and very helpful |

Milk was 'off' at breakfast.

I was told there was transport to the airport but as I was leaving for an early flight I had to book a taxi. Only £3 but guests should be fully informed.

I have used the lap top broadband connection. I could receive e-mails but not able to send them. I could not find competent staff to tell me if there was any problems with the hotel broadband system. It may be the stting of my laptop |

Bed very very uncomfortable , on cators so at every little movement the bed moved . Had a terrible nights sleep |

A very pleasant one night stay. Staff first class and very helpful. Ideally located for LJLA.
Overall 7out of 10.
Dining area not very private, being in the same location as the hotel reception and bar. This, however, would not deter us from using this hotel in the future. |

| this hotel was so refreshing after spending 3wks in the dominican republic where you would expect to be most beautifull hotel as it was described as a 4*plus the holiday inn was far superior than a carribean hotel!!!!honestly would recommend to anyone, including an enemy its that good haha (staff couldn't be more helpfull and were very welcoming) will stay here again as its so handy to get to the airport |
