A former private residence of the 1930's, the Best Western Richelieu is situated in the elegant area of the town hall, nearby are the multimedia library, various administrative and university head offices and the faculty of law. The Best Western Richelieu is between the two pedestrian historical areas, the city and the chateau. We offer 24 air-conditioned rooms, a bar in the lobby and 24 hour room service, with both indoor and outdoor private car-parks.Limoges is the capital of the arts of fire, combining tradition and ultra modern technologies, is also a historical town offering a wide variety of historical sites. The Adrien Dubouche National Museum of China, the 'Eveche' enamel museum, the Craftsmanship museum, the porcelain manufacturers and various gardens are not to be missed.

The Front Desk Staff were very helpful with information on getting around the town and always pleasant to deal with.

Unfortunately our stay co-incided with renovations in the basement and the noise, although confined to day time hours, was difficult to cope with after jet lag.

The room was well equipped and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is nicely posititoned and quiet in its ambience. I would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit.

I have no negative comments to make about the hotel facilities or staff.
