óffers of hotel exactly matches business traveller demands

Expectations will not met: 1. WLAN was not available in 5th floor at 2nd evening 2. no towels available for sauna and swimming pool 3. receptionist does not want to help with WLAN and also not with extra towels. the one towel from the room does not fit to the need for sauna. 4. there is an open parking place - but the hotel requested 24 € (no garage, open air parking) this is not akzeptable!!!! I will never again go to this hotel.

arriving late on Wednesday 5 Nov at the hotel, I had to fight to find parking because Forum visitors were allowed to use the hotel parking (which earned the hotel a lot of money). I object as a hotel guest to be forced to pay Euro 12/night and not have access to a parking space because casual parking becomes more profitable to the hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal Sehr altertümliche und wenig wirksame Klimaanlage, Fenster lassen sich nur einen Spalt breit öffnen, Zimmer im Sommer daher sehr warm.

Nach einer absolut negativen und einer mittelmäßigen Beurteilung bin diesmal sehr zufrieden gewesen. Man muß sich wohl erst vom 1. über den 6. in den 8. Stock vorarbeiten, um Zufriedenheit zu erlangen.

Entgegen des ersten Besuches im 1. Stock ist die Raumqualität im 6. Stock schon wesentlich besser. Das Bad erweckt jedoch immer noch den Charme der 60er Jahre. Das Zimmer war bei Eintreffen unangenehm warm, die Klimaanlage spottet jeder Beschreibung. Sie ist laut und bringt selbst auf höchster Stufe keine spürbare Erleichterung.

room was quiet. swimming pool ready to use. Bathroom like in the 60s. Hinges were loose, curtain partly not fixed. I don´t see 4 stars there.
