We were travelling with a disabled child in a wheelchair. The staff took note of this and did all they could to make our stay as easy as possible.

Room quality was excellent. Felt the price paid was worth it for the just the room. Location was pretty good. Quick walk to where you want to get (i.e. barstrasse) and close to the train station.

Called service express on for two seperate items. Each time was told someone is coming right up. No one ever came. Extra's were very expensive. Breakfast for example was extra at 18 euros per person plus 4 euros to get it brought to your room. If you walk to a nice cafe on Barstrasse you can get a pretty amazing meal for much much much cheaper... food overall was very expensive and in my opinion not worth the $. |

Nice staff, good technical services, food good, reception did not have hotel.de reservation but accepted it at stated price and conditions. Would stay at hotel again. Again, very good staff.

No negatives, the only small exception being the windows in the room. Could compare to a motel. For the rest, the room was quite nice, access to pool and fitness exceptionally smoothe, competent staff. |

Excellent hotel, conveniently situated for station and the city. Good price.

On arrival at the hotel, we found that there were not rooms available. The staff were very unapologetic for this, and seemed to simply want to get us out of the hotel as quickly as possible. We were sent to another hotel, and were only able to check in to the Westin late the following day.
No apology was offered for this. |

| Enormously impressed by the staff, all without exception were professional yet friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was also impressed that most of the staff spoke English which helped me as my grasp of German is appalling. They made me feel like a valued guest which in my experience of staying in hotels separates the hotels which claim to be excellent from those that are. |
