 Receptionists were nice and polite.
 You cannot be calledfrom outside,although there are phones in the rooms. They made it on purpose, to force the guests to call from the hotel and charge them ! But you would normally stay at ahostel (2 stars) to get a low rate. If you need to talk to your relatives/ friends and dial from your room, the cost of your stay would rise to match that of a 3 star hotel.
They also charge for wake up calls, aservice which every single hotel I stayed at offers for free. The first morning the receptionist woke me up and didn'task for any charge. But when I asked for that service again, they asked for a 5 euro charge. I was shocked to hear that. I woke up by myself.
The first rook I stayed in was very noisyand after spending oneday in it I asked for a quiet room.
This hotel has a bad price / quality ratio. It'sworthspending some time to look fora gooddeal; otherwise you end up staying at places like this and spending at leastas much as youwould, if you stayed at a 4 star hotel. |

Excellent location and clean.
Breakfast starts at 0700, but we were leaving at 0600. We were to be provided a packed breakfast, but when we went to collect them in the morning, the person that checked us in forgot to forward the information on, therefore no breakfast. Not impressed. |

if the room size would be litle bigger, I could say this is a 5 star hotel!! Thanks to all staff, receptionist, breakfast lady and the excellent clean room.

simple dormitory-looking room interior but very clean and well equipped. Complete self service, school-cafeteria-looking breakfast room but good enough variety of food. Reasonable cost internet access ( 1 euro for 20 minutes) with some free query service ( DB train connection etc..)
There was 2.5euro charge for credit card payment. |

Clean and comfort to the price
Fantastic breakfast
The site promises carpark, but that wasn't available, so travelling with children, that was a big mistake that almost made us turn around and leave.I had to park at the central station and walk with all our lugage to the hotel for the sake of one night sleep |

Can't get any closer to the main train station. Excellent value for your money. Very central. Within walking distance to most important sights.

Room is nicer than picture shows. Very helpful reception-staff. Room very well designed and equipped for that price.
Neither internet/phone nor lunch-meals were available yet, as hotel was only operating since 4 days. However, there is a handy internet/phone-store just one block away. My room had considerable constant noise-leve (Bahnhof-side). |
