Both of Leicester's University's, and the railway station, are within walking distance. The Stoneycroft Hotel is one of the finest in the city and has an excellent reputation for good food and service. The Hotel comprises of 40 bedrooms of varying sizes, fully central heated, with colour television, tea/coffee making facilities, clock radio, and direct-dial telephone in every room. All of the rooms have full en-suite facilities either bath or shower and toilet, with some located on the ground floor for those of us who are less agile than we would like to be. The restaurant menu changes regularly, and always includes vegetarian dishes, give us warning, and we can cater for vegans and people with severe allergies.
