Although my room was booked a few days in advance, I was informed that there were no more no smoking double rooms available for me and had to sleep in a twin room.
I found the 'tray service' (where I had to collect my own meal from downstairs) as opposed to 'room service' irritating after a hard day's work.){kind=link}
