Friendly staff until you try to check out because your room was not what was promised.
Extremely small room (nothing like the photos),we could not pass each other at the end of the bed, no air conditioning, faced street with heavy traffic and totally unable to get any sleep with the windows open as it was a very hot day and night. We decided to check out earlier than planned and were threatened by being charged for the extra night. If you book this hotel make sure you are not paying 200 CF a night for a small closet that is hot and noisy. Its litterally like you have the cars in your room as they accelerate uphill next to the hotel. Next time I would go to many of the other much nicer hotels nearby closer to the lake.
