The Internet costs 25 CHF per day, there were only about 10 DVDs available and strong but not offensive odors in public areas and in the room. |

Location is great. Good places to eat around. Free transportation card and touristic documentation available in the hall. Free location of DVD.
The separated beds which were the only possibility even for couples. |

Location, staff efficiency
Overstated description, overpriced, noisy (inside and outside), overheated and badly ventilated, mattress was old and uncomfortable, hotel could use some renovation, lack of electric sockets for laptop, TV remote control did not work, no charm or personality, definitely not a 4 star. |

The young woman on reception provided excellent information and suggestions.
While the hotel looks good I wouldn't necessarily rate it as 4 star due to the lack of bar of restaurant facilities. |

Centrally located. Free DVD movie library and player in room (if you are too bored too leave the hotel!).
