Experience untroubled holidays in a familial and cosy atmosphere, be spoilt by our cuisine and cellar and enjoy the unique quiet location of our house amidst widely unspoilt nature. Our close to nature location already provides the program for our kitchen. We are trying to use regional foods and prepare them partly with traditional recipes and partly in a modern and light way. The seasons of nature determine the menu: in May it is enriched by asparagus, venison and strawberries; in summer by fish, salads and chanterelles; in autumn by boletus, rare tuber vegetables, venison and poultry. |
