Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht sauber. Das Bistro war stark zugeraucht - nicht nutzbar für einen Nichtraucher. Die Beleuchtung im Lift, Flur und Zimmer war etwas schwummerig- nicht freunlich und hell.
