Our hotel was described as ‘probably the most beautiful hotel in Kühlungsborn’ in the Ostseezeitung newspaper. The hotel was expanded in 2005, now comprising 51 rooms and suites as well as a new impressive 1000 m² spa and beauty area. All rooms feature high-class furniture, telephone, TV, en-suite shower, hairdryer, mini-bar, safe and balcony or terrace. Moreover, the hotel features spacious apartments in 2 different buildings next to the hotel, which are perfect for family holidays. We placed value on indoor environment quality. Rooms in Verdi Apartments are larger and more comfortable than portrayed on the website. Great location close to beach.
Not clear that apartments are in separate block next to the main house. Wifi in main house was poor, and not at all available in Verdi Apartment block. Staff seemed young and inexperienced. Breakfast was a bit of a scrum, and boring after several days of the same.
