Business hours of reception: from 06:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The „ Hotel Zum Forsthof Blechernkrug“ is one of the oldest guest houses in the area of „Krakow“. Its roots go back to the year 1786, in these days it used to be a hostel. The “Blechernkrug” was mentioned in the “Mecklenburger Staatskalender” (a regional calendar of the state of Mecklenburg) in 1793 when it used to be located right next to a highly frequented stagecoach intersection. The „Hotel Zum Forsthof Blechernkrug“ has been a familiy- run business since the 1820s. Ever since the hotel has been standing for extraordinary hospitality and for the charm of the region. The hotel is located at the lake of Krakow, and that assures that our guests will get the best recreation possible. The landscape offers a lot: daytrips by bike/ car are perfect to relax and make you forget about your sorrows. Garden goes right down to lake with own landing stage and areas to sit - great location. Owner very friendly, really helpful and likes dogs (speaks good English). Breakfast good. Separate restaurant on site for evening meals, good.
Need to be aware that staircase in our building very difficult for anyone not fit as it was very steep - there are other buildings and these may have easier access
