Business hours of reception: from 07:00 a.m. to midnight Hotel Waldhaus Jakob is located in the leisure and recreational area of the city of Constance. Our hotel provides a magnificent view towards the Swiss bank of Lake Constance. The listed building features a Russian country-house style and was completely renovated in 2006. All our comfortable rooms are spacious and well-appointed. They are equipped with shower, WC, direct dial telephone and internet access. We provide many non-smoking rooms. The apartment is ideally suitable as a holiday flat, as it provides a separate sleeping room, an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, a dinette and a spacious living room. We offer a cosy brassiere including a bar as well as a spacious restaurant. In summer you can spend some restful hours on our sunny garden terrace. We set great value upon regional products and seasonal specialities. Several points of interest are located directly in front of our hotel. The city theatre of Constance is considered to be the oldest theatre stage in Germany. A nature reserve and thus excellent hiking trails are close by. The Sea-Life Centre as well as the Archaeological Museum of Baden-Württemberg are also available for a cultural excursion. |

location -can see the lake but no direct access. Rear of hotel is 7 metres from a bus route, also used by partying Konstanzers to walk home, room window had to be open since no AC, also staff emptied Bottles from BAR to recycling boxes at 12pm to 1am, intermittent internet- had to relink aboz 20 times, lost numerous connections
poor value for the price- I stayed at the Kempinski at MUC for the same money, (after allowing for the long term parking charge)
