Comfortable and very well decorated. Outstanding bathrooms. Free safe to store valuables. Well positioned for access to tourist spots and train station. Station is under 5 mins walk away.

Average breakfast choice. Too hot at night in the summer, with the noise from the main road you have to shut the windows and there's no air conditioning. You have to pay for WiFi while similar and lower priced hotels have it for free.

very enjoyable stay Unfortunately the lift wasn't working for part of the stay and we were staying on the 4th floor

Very modern looking Hotel right in the heart of Konstanz. 2 mins walk to train station and closer to everything else. Rooms quiet at night and cleaned every day. Bathroom looked new. They said breakfast was from 7:30 till 10:30, I asked if I could have it at 7am prompt and they agreed without quibble. No problems. Minor points really.....reception is hidden on 2nd floor in the breakfast area and therefore hard to find, unless you can read the un-miss-able German notice at entrance. Breakfast is fairly limited but it does exist.

Rooms really nicely decorated, very modern with flat screen TV, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very convenient location. No air-conditioning in rooms, but too noisy to leave windows open at night when it was hot. Couldn't hear traffic with windows closed though. Can hear reception phone ringing if staying on 2nd floor.

Hotel is very new and very nice. Staff are also very helpful and friendly. It's spanking clean too. I would be happy to recommend people to stay in this hotel. Hotel entrance has step before the elevator which makes carrying our bags up somewhat difficult. Since it's a newly renovated hotel, the bathroom seem to lack items like tissue paper, shower cap. Breakfast spread was too limited that when we went down later, the food was almost all gone.
