Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, nicely refurbished and furnished. Friendly, efficient and smartly-dressed staff. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful!
One of the primary reasons we selected your hotel was because it had air conditioning, however, the first room we were placed in the air system did not work and the second room we were placed in it did not cool the room down to a comfortable degree. I had also paid extra for a river view. Our first room was next to the river with a great view but when we were moved we had a view of the city but your management did not discount my bill when we checked out. Needless to say that was very disappointing. In order to select your accommodations again, the offer would have to make it worth while.
I was also surprised when you did not have concierge service. |

Clean, modern, spacious. Overlooks the Rhine. Within walking distance of the Deutsches Eck. Staff is very friendly.
The pillows are very thick and hard. After the first night, I had a stiff neck; the next night I used a folded-up comforter instead. Judging by the response from the front desk, a lot of people have this complaint. |
