Location very good. Room clean and quiet, with good bathroom facilities. Friendly, helpful and efficient service.

The breakfast was excellent and was the best thing about the stay at the hotel. Koblenz is a very nice town and we enjoyed the town very much. The hotel is directly across the street from and Irish Pub and there was shouting all night long Friday and Saturday night...couldn't sleep much at all with all the noise.

we found the lady( I believe it is the owner)very friendly, we talked at breakfast and she was underfull to our child. We felt well received in this the hotel especially at breakfast. the hotel is well located. the rooms are basic in our point of view, but serve well to sleep after a day of tour on the rhine. we could ear noise from the people in the street at night since we had a front room. we did not like to pay for the room on the arrival, usually we pay in the check-out., and also we had to pay cash.
