We were very happy with our short stay at the Welcome Inn. Easy to find, close to the airport, very clean, helpful staff.
 The airconditioner in the room was very loud (although it worked!). TV selection could do with more English channels. Pay TV and interactive functions not working. Really needs to have some form of functioning internet service in the rooms. I would note though that these are minor issues as overall the hotel is great. |

The hotel is a good value especially for its location near the airport.
We heard (through the walls) the "activities" of other guests more than we would have liked. |

Shuttle service to and from the Airport was VERY nice and appreciated. Nice view from my fourth floor window. Attractive physical plant. Though I didn't partake of it, in-room mini bar and its choices was a very nice touch.
The owner who was tending the front desk did not have my reservation listed, though I had made it two days in advance. She had to actually go to Hotel.ch connection and search for my reservation, which she found and honored. She then assigned me to a room that had not be cleaned, so I had to return and have her assign me to a different room. She and other staff were friendly and professional at all times though. Lesser quality Hotels I used on this trip had FREE Internet, and FREE Breakfast for less money but very adequate and clean rooms as well. No wakeup call came though I had requested one. |

Loved the magnifying mirror in bathroom.
Bathroom floor got very wet from using shower - tell folks to strip before entering bathroom and using shower. Only one English channel on TV. |

Your basic overnight at the airport. shuttle service was excellent! The room was clean.
Reception staff could have been friendlier. I had a few basic questions, more out of travel anxiety I'm sure, but the staff was impatient. |

| The air-conditioning unit was quite noisy. I'm not sure if there was a mosquito screen on the window, or if the window could be opened to ventilate the room without using the air-conditioning. If not, I would suggest screens be installed to permit ventilation without wasting energy. I think that for the price charged for the room it would be reasonable to expect a much quieter air-conditioning unit. Having the windows open when sleeping is probably not an option due to traffic noise. |

we do specially appreciate the option of the "long time" parking. It was just perfect. the hotel shuttle took us directly to the airport and the car was safely kept. also the possibility to have breakfast at our arrival for oversea flight was perfect before driving back home...
also we do have to say that travelres was very helpfull to orgonize things and was very reliable. thank you. :-)

Clean bedrooms.
Beds on the hard side.
A lot of smoking in the foyer when we were there which spread into the breakfast room.
Restaurants in the hotel were poor and expensive with inattentive service. |

Convenient location for Zurich airport and the hotel has a decent shuttle bus service to the airport too.

This hotel is perfect for access to the airport. All members of staff were really efficient and friendly.
Better driving directions on the internet map would have helped me reach the hotel quicker. |
