The hotel was loud and the staff was rude. I usually do not complain much, but I feel this stay warranted my reply. I would never stay here again.
i was extremely happy to overnight at your hoetl because it went beyond my expectations. from the shuttle pick up on arrival, to the proximity to the station and shuttle drop off for departure, i would rate your hotel as one of the best i have stayed at for convenience and value for money.thank you very much.
