The hotel is situated in the heart of Klagenfurt, only 1 minute from the famous Lindwurm monument. You can reach the Wörthersee and a variety of sights of the Kärnten region by car in only a few minutes. The Italian city of Udine and Laibach in Slowenia are only 1,5 hours from here and are thus ideal destinations for an excursion.

The city of Klagenfurt has a lot to offer as well. Most buildings are from the 16th and 17th century. You can walk through unique arcade courts with beautiful shops and restaurants. Klagenfurt is a great place for shopping. You will find tasteful boutiques as far as the eye can see.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in an excellent central location. Room and bathroom facilities were excellent and staff was helpful.

There is no mention of the fact that there is no air conditioning, something that is very necessary in August. We had to sleep with the window open which made it extremely difficult to sleep when it started to rain. Then once the rain stopped, we were awoken at 1am by a skate boarder screaming, laughing and carrying on in the alley that was just below our room. We only had a single night to stay and had to leave early in morning with little sleep.
