I was very satisfied with the hotel. Found the numbered shuttles atfirst confusing upon arrival at the airport, and had to be shown where to phone.

 I phoned the hotel from the Frankfurt airport train station to ask directions to the hotel shuttle bus stop. I was given inaccurate information. The shuttles stop at far western end of terminal A, not "in front of terminal A." There were also too many people to fit in the shuttle, causing delay and frustration for many. |

Staff was very friendly and the shuttle service to the airport on time and a great service.
Because I booked on-line I wasn't aware that the rooms did not come with breakfast. The actual price for breakfast (20 Euro) is overprized. |

free shuttle to/from airport, but they didn't tell us before we took a cab from the airport for 14 euro.
1. air conditioner was out and they didn't tell us before checking in & open windows not a great option next to the airport.
2. breakfast cost 20 euro per person!
3. no wifi, but 3 terminals in lobby - you get 15 min/day free, then have to pay. |

| I stayed in Room 126 - there is a walkway outside the window frequently used by travellers pulling their luggage throughout the late evening and early morning. The ground surface (bricks) causes the luggage being pulled across it to create disturbing noise. Paving this surface would reduce the noise. |

Hotel is very nice and close to the airport. The facility is well maintained and in excellent condition. Professional, friendly staff.
The hotel's airport shuttle only goes to Terminal 1. I was traveling back to the United States and Northwest/KLM is in Terminal 2. |

We experienced comfortable beds, sufficient room for ourselves and luggage as well as pleasant staff members. They are efficient and quite will to help. The courtyard was and very nice place to rest and read a book.

Very good cost performance. All facilities I needed were provided: broad-band in room, fitness center, transportation, access to office.
No restaurants or shops around the hotel. |

The room was excellent as was the front desk staff. Restaurant staff... some very pleasant and others barely civil.
Additional expense for everything other than the room was excessive. I would not pay 22 Euro for 24 hours of internet access. Restaurant prices were overly high both for food and beverage. |
