The desk clerk, Herr Franz, was friendly and professional at the same time. He spoke German in reply to my German, speaking more slowly or switching to English only when I needed him to do so. Such respect really stands out.
The room was really, really quiet.
The cost of the breakfast buffet (17 euros) is really too high, as is the cost of dinner entrees. I walked to an Italian restaurant nearby for dinner, and it saved me quite a bit of money.
Also, although the description of the hotel states that "use of the...Internet terminal...is free of charge," it was not. |

All three stays have been good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. I also thought that the food from the menu was good very good especially the soup and the main menu salmon dish.
Not really a negative. I wish they would add a hamburger as an option to order when you don't want a big meal |

friendly stuff, free airport transfer
noisy (as expected), distance to airport longer than described. rooms not very modern/new but o.k.. at breakfast I had to find a server to get a coffee. |

Towels in the bathroom were very thin and small for a bath towel. Should be bigger and fluffier! |

Very nice hotel, good location and shuttle service to/from airport. Good restaurant. Had free internet use.
Breakfast items were very good with both hot and cold food choices but staff did not keep up on replenishing the hot food and most pans had scraps in them when we arrived. |

Staff are great
PLEASE PLEASE improve the TV in the room, they are very old are not suitable to modern day broadcasts, the pictures is terrible, the sound is terrible, the controls are terrible and there is no facility to connect external device like a PC. |

We were very happy with the hotel and will stay there again. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fairly good apart from failed pick up.
No pickup from Train station as arranged by e-mail at 11:10 pm, it appears the bus does not wait even a few minutes for specific passengers. |

HVAC Fan in room made excessive noise, like a helicopter was just outside the room. Shower head was less than satisfactory. |

| Beim Einchecken wusste niemand etwas von unserer Reservierung noch war die vereinbarte Rate bekannt. Kostete 1/2 H Zeit und viel Hartnaeckigkeit den Herrn an der Rezeption zu ueberzeugen uns ueberhaupt ein Zimmer zu geben und auch noch zur vereinbarten Rate. |

Although the hotel is located behind airport hangars, it was very close to the terminals. The restaurant was quite good, and the staff forthcoming. I would stay there again, but make sure the heating units in the room are working.
The thermostat and heating units were faulty; i.e. the room was intensely hot, even though the fan was on. Keeping the window open was a problem because of air traffic. |

| Excellent Business Exec hotel.
Typical Accor chain - great rooms,nice staff, shuttle service to airport - for 60 euros I would come again and again! |
