+ Free Parking (some are roofed) + Due to the unattractive price performance ratio this hotel is unlikely to be booked out - even during busy events at Kassel... + Apparently the staff is aware of the problems, but cleaning is done by an external company.

- Beard stubbles of the previous guest in the sink. - Lots of dust in some "not that obvious" areas in the room (between desk and locket). - Cleaning personnel also doesn't take care of basic things like folding the first sheet of the bathroom tissues.

it is a shame to call such a hotel a design hotel, worse even to call it a art hotel! we were very disapointed to see our room and the price was a shame too. more than 110 euros a night in dishonest
