Good value for money. Location ideal, close to autobahn and DUS airport. Breakfast of good quality and nice selection.

Very good breakfasta and restaurant. Rooms OK, AC worked nicely on a hot day.
Fitness room should be updated, rather old equipment. However nice to have a chance for a workout. |

I liked the breakfast buffet, very complete and fresh. Nice personnel as well.
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the swimming pool for my son who really likes to take a swim. Only upon our arrival in the hotel we had to find out that the swimming pool was closed. This was a major disappointment. My suggestion is to put this kind of relevant information on the internet!
Furthermore, I think the TV channels in the rooms should definitely include more non-German channels. Standard, according to the hotel information booklet, there is CNN and BBC (two out of nearly 30 channels..) but we did not even have BBC in the room.
Finally, our room which was on the ground floor did not have the possibility to open the window. Therefore we were gasping for oxygen inside the room, it needs more fresh air! |

Quiet room, effective A/C, freindly & efficient staff.
Rooms are a little shabby. This is not a 4 star hotel. |

4* star hotel with 3* look & feel; glory days were some years ago. I guess it operates as 'cash cow'. |
