Park Inn Düsseldorf/Kaarst was selected the fourth most popular hotel in Germany in 2002. Our aim is to convince you of and to get you excited with our distinctive professionalism and service.

Our 192 rooms are allocated on 3 floors offering the comforts of a four-star hotel. We provide 110 newly designed standard rooms and 8 suites as well as 70 economy rooms and 4 spacious family rooms. All rooms feature a TV set with pay TV, mini-bar, air-conditioning, internet connection, telephone and safe. The executive rooms and suites additionally offer tea and coffee making facilities. All bathrooms are equipped with bathtub, toilet, vanity mirror and hair-dryer.

There is also enough room for every kind of event with our 1400 m² of conference surface including 10 conference rooms. All conference rooms provide daylight and air-conditioning. Guests will as well benefit from 200 free-of-charge parking spaces right in front of the hotel. For a professional conference, we furthermore offer a free DSL connection as well as WLAN throughout the entire hotel.

The swimming pool is closed in the time from 3rd to 14th August 2009.

Very good breakfasta and restaurant. Rooms OK, AC worked nicely on a hot day. Fitness room should be updated, rather old equipment. However nice to have a chance for a workout.

I liked the breakfast buffet, very complete and fresh. Nice personnel as well. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the swimming pool for my son who really likes to take a swim. Only upon our arrival in the hotel we had to find out that the swimming pool was closed. This was a major disappointment. My suggestion is to put this kind of relevant information on the internet! Furthermore, I think the TV channels in the rooms should definitely include more non-German channels. Standard, according to the hotel information booklet, there is CNN and BBC (two out of nearly 30 channels..) but we did not even have BBC in the room. Finally, our room which was on the ground floor did not have the possibility to open the window. Therefore we were gasping for oxygen inside the room, it needs more fresh air!

Quiet room, effective A/C, freindly & efficient staff. Rooms are a little shabby. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Very quiet, considering how close to DUS airport it is located. Overall satisfied.

price/performance 4* star hotel with 3* look & feel; glory days were some years ago. I guess it operates as 'cash cow'.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming Strange smell of polythene in the corridors! Need a light switch in the fitness room
