The price was good. The room was disappointing, very noisy! The resturant was closed in the evening, the breakfast was the worst I had experience in quite a while. The valet parking was a pain, too difficult to access your vehicle. The staff was not very friendly and not very helpful to my concerns.

Very friendly and really helpfull staff at the frontdesk. They helped me by answering all my questions and gave very useful hints for sightseeing in New York.
