Business hours of reception: 24 hours The Hotel Nova Centro is located in the historical centre of Jerez. It is situated in a building from the 60ies which was restored in 2001. This small and typical Andalusian property offers all comforts for a pleasant stay, such as an internet point in the lobby, a bar open all day, a TV lounge and a reception available 24 hours. Hotel Nova features 27 spacious and bright single and double rooms, all of them provide an ensuite bathroom with hair-dryer, individually controlled air conditioning, heating, safe, satellite TV, telephone and writing desk. Some rooms also feature a private balcony. Our hotel offers free WLAN internet access in all public rooms. In addition the hotel includes a comfortable bar where guests can have their breakfast or take a relaxing break while having a drink or a snack. A copious continental breakfast buffet is served in the bar from 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Due to its favourable location, the hotel is close to the train station and the bus stops. It is the perfect starting point for sightseeing tours on foot, visits to museums, bodegas and exhibitions. |
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Day time staff were friendly. The wireless internet was very useful.
The evening/night staff was rude and not helpful in the least. We were told that the hotel parking garage was full when we could clearly see on the paper in front of him that one space was open. No other parking options were offered to us, but in answer to our questions directions were FINALLY given to another public parking garage 1/2 mile away, which cost 17 euros to park overnight. This was frustrating when our price was to have included parking. The breakfast was NOT buffet, nor "copious". It consisted of a croissant, toast, coffee and juice.
