Welcome to City Oberland Swiss Quality Hotel! The establishment enjoys a very central location in Interlaken. It is only a few minute walk away from the Interlaken West railway station and close to the best known sights. Our guestrooms with first-class comfort, different conference rooms, shops and boutiques, 3 restaurants and 2 bars cater for nearly all wishes.

The hotel has 3 different restaurants; the Restaurant Chalet is a typical Swiss restaurant offering various fondues and local specialities. Breakfast is very good. Equipments in the room are quite completed. A little bit of unpleasure in color decoration in the room.

The listing said that there was internet in the room - that was true, but it costs 30 Franks extra per day!

Room very loud (noice from hotel) The description "[Rooms] have either a view to the city or the mountains" is not truth; my room had view to a dirty inner hall. Room equipment very poor. Breakfest very poor.

The room was different place from reception and breakfast room . Therefore we have to take a warm Jacket for them . In Winter season it is not convenience .

Overall is good. A bit noisy as there is a internet cafe nearby.

The service was good. The staff was friendly. The overall experience was good. The pub nearby is a nuisance for people with families. When I was walking back to the hotel with my wife, I have encountered several drunks misbehaving with us near the pub. It becomes very hard to come to the hotel in the evening/night. Also, the pub plays loud music which is very audible in the room... this is another drawback.
