      The hotel overcame my expectations. The location is very close to the center and easy to reach by the tram. The room was as average small but very convenient. Everything is clean and new. And the main what I liked the most - the "chief" of the hotel is a Bernese female dog what welcomes very warmly the guests. I do recomend this hotel to others.

      A nice room, with a great view of the mountains. Staff was very friendly.

      I have a very good sense of direction, but I got lost arriving and walking back to the Altstadt. It was further than I expected. Not ridiculous, but I recommend taking the tram instead of walking.

      Very clean, modern and stylish room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

      The description suggests the hotel is right in the centre of town - in fact it's a long trek to the train station (about 1 mile) and further still to the historic centre - although reception will organise a taxi to arrive within minutes.
