In case of arrival outside business hours of reception, the guests are asked to contact the hotel prior by phone. Where the restaurant today invites you to have dinner used to be Drachenfels castle that got its name from the coat of arms of the Wurm family, a winged, four-footed dragon. The Hainzinger family bought the building in 1895. It was first a farm with a small restaurant that was later extended and is today known as Hotel Schlosswirt. Our country guesthouse is next to the Audi headquarters, which are only 1 km away. The city centre is within easy reach as well. We offer a familiar house with a regional and national cuisine. Thanks to its location next to Audi, it is the perfect hotel for visitors and clients of Audi. We offer comfortable single and double rooms, all located in quiet surroundings radiating a bright, friendly and cosy atmosphere. They all feature shower, toilet and solid wood furnishings. All beds furthermore provide high-quality mattresses to guarantee you a good night's sleep and a pleasant stay.

I'm allways pleased to find in Germany these fanct "pensions", family busines related where the owner are nice, friendly and carefull with people who travel long distances to come in Germany. From my point of view in Germany you can find the beste balance between services and prices.
the room was very cold. even with the heater the room did not get warmer. After two days the situation was a little bit better.
