This ”small castle” is set in the upper part of the Old Town of Idstein and was built by order of the count of Nassau-Idstein to serve as his residence. The building was constructed as a large castle. All 14 rooms come with safe, mini bar, TV, telephone, internet access, WLAN, radio, desk, bathroom with shower and bathtub and hair-dryer. Room service is also available. In our private restaurant we serve sophisticated specialties carefully prepared fresh to order by the kitchen team. The dishes are complemented by good wines from the rich cellar. All conference rooms are equipped with conference blocks, writing devices, flip charts, overhead projectors and screens. |
The Hotel was a mixture of historic architecture and modern decor which worked very well. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast menu was very good with a high standard of food. Two minute walk into the historic centre of Idstein. Highly recommend this hotel.
