The romantic Waldhotel Silbermühle is a three-star hotel, located in the heart of the Teutoburg Woods, only 10 km from Lippe Detmold. Lovely location. Very quiet (except for the geese!) Very nice rooms. Good walks direct from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food good.
Very poor handling of their mistake with our dinner order on the last night. Food and drink service is very slow at busy times. Would have preferred more vegetables with the dinners.
